Widespread until the '50s, the "apple Carla" is an ancient variety of the original territory near Finale, now at risk of extinction. Small and irregular, has smooth skin mottled yellowish-green and pink flesh is creamy white, is aromatic, juicy and sweet (though without an excess of sugar). Particularly delicate is kept less than others and it is just as good collection, features that have primarily been used for family consumption, a basket full of fruit, the tree that grew with us for some time, never fails on the table at home.
