The estate, dating from 1700, can offer B&B accommodation as well as self-catering facilities.

The rooms are all newly decorated, preserving the style of the original building.

Guests can enjoy the large enclosed and private courtyard, the veranda and the BBQ area overlooking the valley. Off-road parking is also available for all the guests.

Thanks to the recent renovation of the porch area, Villa Mimma can now host events, meetings and functions for small parties.

The location

Villa Mimma is located at the end of the small village of Treville, offering a perfect place where to relax and enjoy the quietness of countyside life. It is surrounded by woodlands and vineyards, with many many country walks to choose from.

You can reach Villa Mimma from Genoa, Turin and Milan Malpensa airports in just over one hour drive.

At Villa Mimma you can certainly relax!
Also, you can spend as much time walking in the countryside as you wish. There are many other sports that can be practiced while at Villa Mimma, including tennis, cycling, horse riding and golfing.

While at Villa Mimma, don't miss asking about a chance of visiting its cellar, with the old traditional "infernot" and many other original features.

If you are interested, we can help you enjoy the grape harvesting season (mainly September) by organising for you to spend half a day with the locals in their vineyards (a whole day has been proved to be too much if you are not used to it!), or you can join the farmers when they are preparing the vines during the pruning time (late winter).

We can also arrange for you to visit some of the many local wineries and even organising special wine tasting events with some training about the Monferrato wines - or a specific one that you may request (for the professionals).

Food in the Monferrato region is obviously great and truffles are at the heart of the cuisine. There are many "trattorie" and family-run restaurants in the villages around Villa Mimma for everybody's taste.

If you want to leave the countryside for a day trip, Lake Maggiore, the Alps, the Italian Riviera, Milan, Turin and Genoa are all within driving distance from Villa Mimma.

Less known places to visit are the beautiful town of Asti, Acqui Terme where you can enjoy the Roman Way (Il Percorso Romano) in the natural spring waters, Valenza (the heart of the gold craftmanship), Crea and its Sanctuary, Casale Monferrato with its Dome and museums, and many other places.

The region offers many festivals and fairs throughout the year, so you will have plenty of occasions to join in with some traditional celebrations and browse through local antique markets.
