Villa Immacolatella, historic estate of the Curatolo family, takes its name from the ancient rural church dedicated to the Madonna of the Immaculate Conception. Its origins date back to the early 1700s, as evidenced by the portals made of local tuff stone. In the second half of the 19th century, Baron Melchiorre Curatolo Saura Duca di Castelmonte wanted to transform the baglio into one of his country residences. Today the estate has been converted into a modern multifunctional company by Baron Giovanni Emanuele, landscape agronomist and university professor, by his wife Anna with the collaboration of his sons Davide, Maria Luisa and Roberto.
