It is the authentic jewel of the structure, whose restoration has been made possible thanks to the great passion for the culture of the land.
It was born, in fact, in two "pajare", trulli-like constructions made with the traditional dry stone building technique, serving as temporary or daily shelters for farmers, which undoubtedly represent the greatest phenomenon of cultural permanence in our region.
Built in the distant 1907, the two adjacent "pajare" have a truncated-pyramidal shape and monumental dimensions; in 2012 they were skillfully restored, thus becoming the most important and picturesque residential unit, consisting of two rooms and a bathroom, furnished with valuable antique furniture and equipped with an exclusive front yard.
