WHERE WE ARE

The Residence Darsena overlooks both the fishermen's and pleasure boat docks. It is an elegant and prestigious 3-star "superior" establishment, consisting of six floors. At the entrance of the building, there is a comfortable lobby with an automatic elevator that serves all floors. The residence has a good quality level, recently built, located in the quietest area of Cattolica, just a few meters from both the harbor and the dock, and just a few minutes from the beach and the city center. It offers a wonderful panoramic view of the sea and the characteristic canal harbor of Cattolica; nearby there are restaurants, pubs, and bars typical of the area useful for enjoying traditional Romagna cuisine; furthermore, there are fish shops and stores selling essential goods, and on Saturday mornings, the weekly market takes place a few minutes away; finally, the train station is easily reachable on foot and is not far from the residence (about a 10-minute walk).
