The Little Park Hotel

it is a historic structure located in Limone Piemonte, it is a villa dating back to 1935, Villa S. Antonio, named after the adjacent church, in the years 1948 to 1951 it hosted one of the first customs houses of Limone Piemonte.

The Piccolo Parco hotel tells an adventure, the dream of Giulio and Rosy that led them to open the first bed & breakfast in Limone Piemonte back in 1975, two guest rooms with a piola (typical Piedmontese tavern, where you eat and drink) then over the years the evolution to a guest house, to arrive today at a hotel.

The Piccolo Parco hotel has been completely renovated and expanded in a rustic style with modern touches, trying to maintain the simplicity and mountain soul.

The Piccolo Parco hotel is located on the SS20 state road at the entrance to the town, a 2-minute walk from the centre, opposite the shuttle bus stop, five minutes from the train station and 750 metres from the new 8-seater “Severino Bottero” cable car which connects the town to the Riserva Bianca and the Limonetto snow park.

The Piccolo Parco hotel has 14 double and triple rooms with safe, hairdryer, satellite TV, lift and 2 rooms for disabled people, free WI-FI ZONE, private garage and parking, ski and mountain bike storage, garden, outdoor area and a box for washing bikes. We also have a bar corner for an aperitif or an après ski snack and a restaurant where you can enjoy our home cooking with traditional Occitan and Piedmontese dishes. For those who wish, we also offer a bed & breakfast service only.

The Piccolo Parco hotel is family-run, THE SERVICE IS WARM, SIMPLE AND ABSOLUTELY INFORMAL.

Being immersed in nature we are a strategic starting point for numerous summer itineraries by mountain bike and on foot, or winter itineraries with skis and snowshoes among the most beautiful European natural parks, that of the Maritime Alps, the Mercantour National Park, the Alta Valle Pesio and Tanaro natural park, the Via del Sale, the Marguareis massif, without forgetting the Uomini e Lupi wildlife centre, we offer a GTA stopover service.

Mountain bikes can be rented just a few minutes away from us.
