The Masseria is located among the thousand-year-old olive groves, 5 km from Ostuni and 3 km from the sea of Lido Pilone. You will be just a few minutes drive from the beautiful beaches which also this year won the 2023 BLUE FLAG award in one of our elegant suites (35/40 m2), overlooking the large swimming pool, composed of a living area, kitchenette with dishes and fridge, bathroom, large veranda with dining table, air conditioning, elegantly renovated with fine natural stone which recalls the original architecture of the 18th century, the period to which the building dates back, according to the typical style of the most sought-after Apulian farms in Alto Salento and the Itria Valley, just a 4-minute drive from the beach, guaranteeing 4-star hospitality with an excellent price/quality ratio. The Masseria, an ancient stone and tuff building typical of Alto Salento, renovated respecting the architecture of the time (1700), is located in the area of the wonderful centuries-old olive trees, between Ostuni and the sea, along the ancient Via Francigena and the Via Traiana which led from ancient Rome to Brindisi, and borders the Parco delle Dune Costiere, where the fine white sand beach, reachable in 4 minutes by car, extends for 6.5 km from Lido Pilone to Torre Canne , in a succession of dunes covered by lush and typical Mediterranean scrub, and along which stretches of free beach alternate with stretches of beaches equipped with guarded and shaded parking (we have an agreement in this regard for our guests).
