The apartments on the ground floor are of the "Three-room" type and are located on the ground floor of the main structure. Renovated and newly furnished in 2018, they are functional and modern, composed of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, two bedrooms and bathroom with shower.

Thanks to the internal space and the equipped veranda, the three-room apartments have five comfortable beds with the possibility of adding a foldable cot. The sofa bed, thanks to the extractable lower bed, transforms into two single beds.
