The Hotel Punta Spalmatore also called "Villaggio Punta Spalmatore" is a small seaside village located in the most beautiful position on the island and overlooks the cove of the same name characterized by the eighteenth-century tower, the Punta Gavazzi lighthouse and the Marine Reserve.
The Punta Spalmatore hotel is the only structure in Ustica to have a private beach with direct access.

The tourist complex has inside a hotel with large rooms, some with a small terrace and sea view, and bungalows (independent hexagonal brick houses with a large private bathroom and patio) scattered among the vegetation and pine forest.
