Villa Nella is a charming Tuscan villa located on a hill between the historic city of Arezzo and the thousand-year-old Casentino forests. Over the last few years the villa has been renovated with every comfort and designed with great attention to thermal insulation in order to guarantee excellent comfort in both summer and winter. Two apartments are available in the villa for absolutely relaxing holidays.

Panoramic: The apartment is comfortably furnished and has satellite television and DVD player. Two wooden ladders allow access to two small turrets with a single bed each for a total of 4 beds. The large terrace offers a splendid view of the garden and the town of Subbiano. To access the apartment you use a characteristic external wooden staircase located at the back of the villa on the opposite side of the garden.

Nest: Furnished with all comforts, it is very romantic and welcoming. Consisting of a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom, it is a young and colorful environment, ideal for a couple.

The villa has a beautiful garden, illuminated swimming pool, table tennis, wood-burning oven, barbecue, pergola and vegetable garden. Guests can freely use the organic vegetables grown. Central heating, air conditioning in the living room and cot for small children are available. Pets are allowed. The position of the villa allows you to easily visit destinations of great artistic and cultural interest such as Florence, San Gimignano, Perugia, Assisi, Siena, Cortona, Lucignano, Anghiari, Sansepolcro, Monterchi, La Verna and Camaldoli within a day. About 1 km. from the villa there are covered tennis courts, an indoor municipal swimming pool and a gym. Golf and horse riding nearby.
