His statues dominate the little squares and his paintings are exhibited in the typical churches of Pietrasanta. Other world-famous sculptors meet on this site to delve into the secrets of marble and learn about the newest techniques of bronze foundries.

Pietrasanta, a small fiefdom of the "Medici" with still its old walls, tells the story of its past, which has always been in fervent expansion thanks to its strategic position under the Apuan Alps and close to the Tyrrhenian Coast. Our restaurant reflects the ancient style of the small town, rustic but elegant at the same time. Our cuisine, which loves our traditions, leads us to follow ancient paths of ancient cuisine accompanied by dishes with modern methodology. Grilled fish cooked in a wood oven, where our pizzas are prepared to the tastes of our customers. Red and white meats with porcini mushrooms are accompanied by baked vegetables.

We are constantly evolving our dishes, always looking for new ingredients and dishes, such as the ostrich that we serve on winter evenings with boiled vegetables and red pepper and we will soon also present the kangaroo fillet in carpaccio.
