The family Calistri
Our establishment was founded in 1920 by Judith grandmother who opened the first "Dump of Caprarola."
Later, along with his daughter Angela started the catering business that took the name of Trattoria "by Angela".
Today, the ancient Bettola of Caprarola named Trattoria del Cimino in honor of the wonderful landscape that offer the Mountains of the same name and is managed by his son Calistri Colombo and his wife Maria Assunta.

La Cantina is curated by Samuel, son of Columbus and Maria Assunta. The wines present are selected from the best Italian wine.
