Very scenic apartment on two levels, open in double volume. On the first level there is a large living room with kitchen and bathroom, on the upper level (mezzanine) the bedroom located in the attic. The ceiling is in wood with exposed beams and the mezzanine floor consists of a solid wood plank. From the railing you have a view of the living room below.
The apartment is exposed with a view on the South side, where the garden and the vineyards dominate.
The distribution of the spaces gives this apartment particular brightness, airiness and interesting perspective views.
