The farm estate Gaetano Spadaro, family owned since 1959, producing red, white and oil.
Some years ago has undergone a radical transformation. The land surrounding the farm has been prepared to accommodate additional olive trees, so as to increase the production of extra-virgin olive oil.
Were planted about 1500 plants divided as per specification of the PDO in the following varieties: "Frantoio", "Pendolino", "Leccino", "Maurino" and "Moraiolo".
Another important change was to convert the company into "organic": fundamental and important choice, because the industry "organic" are taking a growing interest for consumers who are looking more and more the quality and security, both for the greater sensitivity on the part of producers to protect and conserve the natural environment.
