The house is a new building with spacious and comfortably furnished apartments.
The apartments have two separate bedrooms, kitchen with kitchenette, stove, extractor hood, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishes and pots, coffee machine, mixer, sitting area with dining table, sofa, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, toilet, south-facing balcony or west-facing balcony or Sun terrace - south and covered car garage.
Bed linen, hand shower and tea towels are provided. Bread service, milk and eggs as desired. In the evening there is the possibility to sit comfortably in the lounge and chat.
