Agriturismo Baldassari was born from the farm of the Baldassari family who has been carrying out this activity for generations, respecting the environmental balance and practicing organic farming aimed at improving the quality of their products.
The company is run by the spouses Loris and Katia and their 4 children: Mirko, Jessica, Sara and Mattia, each of whom collaborates according to their own possibilities, trying to make hospitality as comfortable and cheerful as possible.
Our company mainly deals with the production of organic spelled and lentils and the breeding of lambs and poultry.

Once harvested, the spelled is used for processing and packaging and then arrives on your plates. We have broken, pearled, puffed spelled, spelled flour, spelled biscuits, lentils, beans and chickpeas.
