Piccolo Hotel Luisa
In the Port area, a few steps from the center and the beach of Chiaia di Luna, the Piccolo Hotel Luisa is a boutique hotel of tradition and charm. Founded by Mrs. Luisa Mazzella, the hotel is now run by his nephews, Gianluca and Luisa.
The hotel has been completely renovated over the past few years. The furnishings are treated in detail, and the rooms, all different, are equipped with every comfort. Some rooms overlook the garden and the sun, and some have balconies with views. The family that runs the PHL and 'lover of travel: back to the hotel, there is always a new object to decorate the rooms.
For example, the batik that often appear in our photos are from Sri Lanka. Created by a 'local artist, Mrs. Jezima Mohammed, author of all the textile furnishings of our hotel. The hammocks produced in the northeast of Brazil, entirely handmade and handcrafted lamps typical of Morocco, the result of research by Gianluca. The breakfast buffet is served on the terrace and offers local produce, cakes and savory homemade pizzas.
A curiosity: in one of the hotel rooms resided President Sandro Pertini, confined on the island during the Fascist period. The room is furnished with antique furniture. The Piccolo Hotel Luisa also runs a bathhouse on the beach of Chiaia di Luna and a boat rental on the beach of S. Diva with the name Antonio Luna, offering its customers affordable rates.
