Holiday apartments in Sant'Antioco

Two-room apartments of new construction located in the semi-periphery about 100 m from the center, along the road that leads to the various beaches of the island.

Six apartments of 40 square meters each, three on the ground floor, three on the first or ground.

The two environments that compose them are both air-conditioned and equipped with:
- double bedroom with wardrobe with three doors, chair, bedside tables, lampshade, mirror, curtain;
- bathroom with movable sink and mirror, hairdryer, shower box, stool;
- kitchen with two-sink sink, under-sink, four-burner gas hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, drainer, extendable table with four chairs, chest of drawers, and various shelves where all the dishes that need to be placed are placed.

In the living room there is also a sofa bed and an LCD TV with satellite system .

In the basement, accessible by a ramp equipped with electric gates, guests have at their disposal a parking space and a closet with key-operated doors.

There is also a large room used as a laundry and ironing room with washing machines , ironing board and iron for common use.

Possibility to rent linen.

In the outdoor terrace there is a barbecue in condominium use.

The apartments are rented for a period of not less than one week and does not exceed three consecutive months.
