Built in 1973 right in front of the beach of S.Andrea di Quartu S.Elena, 10 km from Cagliari, the house is independent and surrounded by a garden.

It is spread over two floors: living area on the ground floor and sleeping area on the first floor. The two double bedrooms overlook a large balcony overlooking the sea, one of which has a private bathroom. The third bedroom faces west, again with a sea view.

In order to optimize space and comfort, the interiors were completely renovated in 2005, also equipping the entire house with an efficient air conditioning system.
