Set in pine shaded grounds, our white stone villa apartments sit on a hillside with lovely views overlooking olive groves, vineyards and fields of sunflowers, with Lake Chiusi glistening in the distance. To the front there are further delightful views over vineyards and countryside towards Montepulciano and Cortona.

The two 2 bedroom, independently accessed ground floor apartments are very comfortably furnished each in their own style and both with large private terraces. Girasole apartment is N.E. facing and cool in summer.  It has views overlooking our olive grove and delightful countryside towards Gioiella and Lake Chiusi, Limone apartment is S.E. facing and overlooks the pool and lovely country views to Lake Chiusi. 

Girasole apartment -is furnished in country style with large open plan living room and integral fully fitted kitchen, two good sized bedrooms and shower room.  There is a large terrace with bar-b-que, wooden table & six chairs and sun lounger.  For winter occupation there is a delightful open fireplace and central heating. 

Limone is furnished in modern country style and is light and airy with an wonderful large terrace opening on to the pool garden.The terrace is furnished with metal table & chairs , large sun umbrella and sun loungers. It has an open plan living room and fully fitted integral kitchen. 

Extra beds, a cot, highchair and baby bath are also available. A selection of English language books, games and  DVD's are available for guest's enjoyment. There is also a washing machine shared between the apartments,

Relax in our formal Italian style garden shaded by Umbrella Pines or soak up the sun in our sunken lounging area with wonderful views towards Lake Chiusi.  Cool off in our pool (3.5m x 4.5m) and enjoy alfresco dining under our Pergola. There is also a play area with swings, small slide and a see-saw for younger guests. For the more energetic there are delightful walks and cycle rides nearby and Lake Trasimeno with its waterside activities and pretty medieval towns is only ten minutes away by car.

I live upstairs  with five cats and two dogs -all people friendly, so I am always on hand to offer advice or assistance to get the most out of your holiday. I have chickens so sell eggs, my own oil and local wine.
