Most of the rooms are large, above the standard, very bright and some of them have a position that allows you to see an exclusive panorama of Florence. The maximum capacity is 60 beds in rooms with private bathroom, telephone with direct external line and TV.

The typology of the rooms is the following:

• DUS room (double single use)
• Double room
• DUPLEX room (consisting of two communicating rooms, the bathroom is accessed from one of the rooms)
• PLUS room (consisting of two separate rooms and a corridor which leads to the bathroom)
