The restaurant, located in the halls of the castle is open all year round in the evening, and on request also for lunch.

Every evening there is a typical menu of Umbrian cuisine, made up of simple but delicious dishes that are derived from products grown and raised on our organic farm, such as meat (pork and poultry), lake fish, mushrooms and truffles, honey, olives, cereals, fruits and nuts.

The menus we offer vary from season to season and the recipes of our chef come from rural tradition typical of the area of ​​Gubbio.

In the halls of the castle, adjacent to the restaurant, bar are available to guests and common rooms for parties and meetings.
