The Kitchen

All dishes are freshly cooked according to traditional recipes, that bring out flavors perhaps forgotten.

The dough is made with a rolling pin
and the press.

Our flagships are the
balanzoni, pasta stuffed with meat and cheese, and noodles that we propose
with meat sauce or mushrooms.

We breed farmyard animals (rabbits, chickens, capons, cockerels) that we propose in cacciatore or roasted.

Outside with wood oven and barbecue cook grilled meat produced from local farms.
