Always, but in particular today, Vigne di Pace is strongly committed to a work of general qualitative review of the structures and products.
WINE is the main object of interest of the Company to which Mauro Blasi today the owner is dedicating his strength in the search for the best quality through investments aimed at the varietal selection of the vineyards and the renewal in the Cellar.
The dominant varieties are Sangiovese, followed by some international varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Sagrantino.
In the Cellar, the adoption of new technologies and the expansion of the area reserved for the aging of wine in barriques, guarantee perfect vinification and maturation of the wine, respecting tradition.
The current production of wine is about 20,000 bottles, which will rise significantly when the 10 hectares recently replanted with the most modern agro-winemaking techniques come into production.
Another peculiarity of the company is the use of local workers, who from generation to generation have lived and operated on the land of this property.
Professional tastings and food and wine pairings can be carried out in the cellar in a lovely tasting room.

Food and wine tours represent an extraordinary experience of tasting the company's wines accompanied by typical Umbrian cuisine.
Our tours include:
visit to the vineyards of the company and to the cellar of the estate
tasting in the cellar
buffet of typical products

In the most suggestive corners of the eighteenth-century cellar, an environment of great aesthetic efficacy, where the historicity of the structure is mixed with a contemporary design, it will be possible to learn about delicacies and delicacies of regional cuisine combined with wisdom to the production wines

Sunday 29 May Cantine Aperte
Our farm will join the manifestation of Open Cellars the national event organized by the Wine Tourism Movement, since 1993, which takes place annually on the last Sunday of May in the member cellars of the Movement.
In Umbria wine lovers and the simple onlookers will thus be able to taste the great wines directly in the places of production, visiting our cellar and vineyards, and therefore knowing the origins and characteristics of the local wine production. The wine tasting will be accompanied by typical Umbrian products and porchetta in the large park with swimming pool price: € 10.00 per person
