The Baron Restaurant serves both typical Umbrian cuisine and international dishes revisited with creativity and modernity.
The menu changes daily offering dishes that in this way they can follow the seasonality of products, thus bringing to the table raw materials are always fresh allowing diners to savor each course at its most expressive.
