Our kitchen offers guests a menu of typical Sicilian, in `intent to revive the ancient sapori.Materia first is the homemade pasta topped with tomato-based sauces and verdure.Molte of vegetables served to the guests are organically grown in our vegetable garden.
Among the dishes winter stands the grilled sausages, soups and roasted vegetables. Among the summer, the cavateddi with eggplant, fish, and salads.
The dinner get-together and conviviality, takes place in winter in the cozy dining room, and in the summer al fresco on the terrace.
At the end of the meal is eaten `s great" lemoncello "prepared by the owners, according to an ancient recipe.
