- Cutting 4 types of cheeses: Tuma Murazzano, Raschera of Alpine, Bra Seasoned, Castel Great combined with Cugnà Nebbiolo we do
- Sweet pudding with cream or pudding grandmother, coffee, grappa
all matched to our wines: Dolcetto d'Alba 2009, Barbera "La Serra" 2006, 2005 Nebbiolo Langhe, Barolo "Fossati" 2005

SECOND MENU
- Appetizers: salad with parmesan cheese, cold cuts typical: raw sausage / salami / ham / bacon with herbs, tongue in green sauce
- First heat: Plin ravioli with meat sauce / butter and sage
- Cutting 4 types of cheeses: Tuma Murazzano, Raschera of pasture, Bra seasoned, combined with the Castel Great Cugnà Nebbiolo we do
- Sweet pudding with cream or grandmother, coffee, grappa
all matched to our wines: Dolcetto d'Alba 2009, Barbera "La Serra" 2006, 2005 Nebbiolo Langhe, Barolo "Fossati" 2005

THIRD MENU

During the months of September and October can also assist our clients in search of the White Truffle.
