Fontanaro
The two cozy villas, named Frantoio and Leccino, are adjacent to the main house. Both have their own private patio and garden. Each villa is fully furnished and decorated with tasteful Umbrian touches, is approximately 60 sq mt, and has a large living room with SKY satellite TV and WI-FI access, a well equipped kitchen corner and fireplace, plus a large bedroom with king-size bed and a comfortable, modern bathroom with shower. Linens, pool towels, hair dryer, kettle, cooking pots and pans, dish washer, microwave oven, CD player, washing machine, cellular phone, and final cleaning are all furnished to render your vacation complete. Pets are permitted on request.
When in season, guests may take advantage of free produce (fruit, tomatoes, greens) from the vegetable garden.
All guests are personally welcomed by the owners and will receive personal attention and care during their stay. Everything possible will be done to assure a very pleasant holiday.
A library of English language books is provided in each villa. You can browse the selection of art books, guides, maps, brochures and tourist information about the wonderful places to visit in the area.
The estate is located 1 km from the walled city of Paciano, a perfectly restored 13th century medieval village located in a peaceful, unpolluted and scenic location. There is a view of Lake Trasimeno and the lights of Chiusi and Cortona in the distance.
