Apartments
The apartments we have available are located in a farmhouse in the hills near Greve in Chianti (approx. 3 km., Where you can find all kinds of shops), in a beautiful panoramic position surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and a forest of oaks trees. Florence is about 30 km, Siena 40km, Colle Val d'Elsa, Monteriggioni, San Gimignano, Volterra can be reached in less than an hour away.
The apartments have a communal swimming pool with a diameter of 10 meters.

Three independent apartments are available:
Corner 1 - 6 people: 140 sqm.
On the ground floor: Entrance hall, lounge, kitchen / dining room with oven, microwave and kettle.
On the first floor: a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with the second floor: dovecote consists of a double bed.
Corner 2 - for 4 persons: 90 sqm.
On the ground floor: entrance hall, a small bathroom with shower and sink (no toilet)
On the first floor: living / dining room with kitchenette with oven, microwave and kettle, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub.
Corner 3 - for 2 persons: 60 sqm.
Living / dining room with kitchenette with oven, microwave and kettle, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower.
Guests have at their disposal the use of a shared washing machine
