This cozy studio consists of a combined living room and bedroom with a double bed,
Dining area and sofa bed, a nice little kitchen, bathroom with bathtub/shower combined
and 6 m² furnished east-facing balcony with morning sun and wonderful panoramic views of the surrounding mountains around King 'Ortler'.

In summer, there is a table and chairs on the beautiful, large panoramic balcony so that you can have breakfast outside in the morning sun.
2 deck chairs, 1 parasol and 1 drying rack.
In winter there are only 2 deck chairs and 1 drying rack.
