Our restaurant is right next door and is a real rarity: an inn with its own brewery. The AH-Bräu revives the old South Tyrolean craft tradition of brewing beer.

The menu is peppered with many beer specialties such as a beer soup with gray cheese, the "Gschwollenen" from the Wurst-Kuchl, a hearty brewery snack or an onion steak from Angus beef in beer sauce, served with homemade brewer's bread.
